Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A:  Right now, we only accept credit and debit cards. We hope to expand upon this soon. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (AmEx), Diner's Club, and JCB.  Please check in periodically to see if we have made any changes. 

Q: Why does my order show as processing?

A: This means your payment is processing. If this happens, contact us, and we will help you resolve this matter. 

Q: Do you have a rewards program? 

A: After signing in, click the button labeled Rewards on the upper right corner of our page. The rewards button is a black and white trophy logo that says “Rewards.” It is directly next to the cart button. 

Click this button to access rewards. In the section, Get Rewards, you will see the option to redeem there! You will need to activate your account to access the Reward Program.

Once you redeem the coupon code will be under the redemption, and a new button will appear, allowing you to copy the code. Next, copy the code, paste it into the discount code box, and hit apply.

 

You should see the dollar amount of your coupon code deducted from your order before checking out. If you run into any issues, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Q: How do I redeem my reward points? 

A: After signing in, click the button labeled Rewards on the bottom right corner of our page. The rewards button is white with dark blue font and a gift box icon.

Click this button to access rewards. In the section, Get Rewards, you will see the option to redeem there! Please save your coupon code. If you can not find your code, please get in touch with customer service. 

 

 Q: How do I activate my account to use my reward points? 

A: If you are having trouble accessing your rewards, please activate your account. To activate your account, click on the Rewards button and the Earn Points tab. From there, you will click Create Account and then click Verify Account.

 

You should see a message on the screen saying, “Verification email sent. Please check your inbox.” From there, you will check your email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive an email. When you open the email, you will see a button that reads Activate. Click that button, and you are all set. 

 

Your reward points will be under the Get Rewards tab. You are now able to redeem your rewards.  

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will cancel it for you and, of course, give you a full refund for what you had already paid. Suppose we have shipped it before your request to cancel. In that case, we will issue the refund when we receive the return as long as it meets the requirements for a return (please see our Refund Policy page).
