California Notice at Collection

Last Updated / Effective Date July 2, 2025

Outcast Distribution, LLC respects your privacy. This California Notice at Collection (“Notice”) is intended to give you information regarding how we collect, use and share your Personal Information. In this Notice, we describe the categories of Personal Information we collect, the purposes for which we collect and use that Personal Information, and when we “share” or disclose your Personal Information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended and its implementing regulations (“CCPA”).
