Promotion Details

If a promotion does not appear in your shopping cart at the time of checkout, it means that the promotion is no longer active, has expired, or the product is out of stock.

We recommend selecting an alternative offer that is correctly displayed in your cart to avoid any inconvenience, as only the products shown in the system at the time of purchase will be processed and shipped.

Please note that we're no longer able to combine multiple orders. To ensure you get everything you need, be sure to include all desired items in a single purchase.

All items featured on our Deals Page are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our promotions are available for a limited time and are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

Taxes, shipping fees and any other additional costs will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Please be advised that refunds cannot be issued for products that do not meet individual taste expectations or personal preferences.

All orders of $30 or more are eligible for FREE Ground Shipping. All orders must be made before 2 PM PST, Monday - Friday, for Same-Day shipping; otherwise, the order will ship the following business day. These limitations are due to shipping carrier cutoff times. We cannot guarantee Same-Day Shipping or next-day delivery on orders placed after the cutoff time. Once an order has been processed, Pure Leaf Kratom is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery from factors outside its control, including, but not limited to, interruptions to USPS networks, severe weather conditions, etc.

Important Notice: Please be advised that not all shipping services are eligible for a refund on shipping costs. Only specific shipping services offer a money back guarantee. For more information, please refer to the shipping carrier's policies regarding money back guaranteed services.

Pure Leaf Kratom is not responsible for individual reactions to kratom. Effects may vary based on personal health, usage, and other factors. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please consult a healthcare professional before use. Use at your own risk.
