1. Who Can Enter?

To participate, you must:

Be 21 years of age or older.
Be a legal resident of an eligible U.S. state.
Have a valid shipping address in an eligible state.
Have an active Pure Leaf Rewards account.
Be subscribed to Pure Leaf Kratom marketing emails.
Provide a valid phone number where you can be reached if selected as the winner.

2. Excluded States

Residents of the following states are not eligible to participate:

Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Indiana (IN), Kansas (KS), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), North Dakota (ND), Nebraska (NE), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Oklahoma (OK), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), Vermont (VT), and Wisconsin (WI).

The Sweepstakes is also void wherever prohibited by law.

3. What's the Prize?

One lucky winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $9,950 USD

Only one winner will be selected. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be shipped to an eligible location where the product is legally permitted.

4. How to Enter

Make an eligible purchase at Pure Leaf Kratom between November 5 and November 10, 2026, to receive one Sweepstakes entry.

All mail-in entries must be received by November 10, 2026. Entries received after this date will not be eligible.

ENTRY LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON.

Only one entry is allowed per person, regardless of entry method or number of purchases. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Winner Selection & Prize Delivery

One lucky winner will be randomly selected on November 12, 2026, from all eligible entries.

The selected winner will receive a phone call from our Pure Leaf Kratom team on the morning of November 12, 2026.

If the selected winner does not answer the call, another winner will be randomly selected. This process will continue until an eligible winner answers and accepts the prize.

Once the winner's eligibility and shipping information have been verified, the prize will be prepared for shipment. Our team plans to send the winner an email with their tracking number that same day.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize Shipping & Restrictions

The prize will only be shipped to an eligible U.S. address where the product is legally permitted.

The winner may be required to provide proof of age, identity, residency, and applicable tax documentation before shipment.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

Pure Leaf Kratom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Additional Conditions

Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
Purchases do not increase the chances of winning.
All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes period.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Invalid, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

The selected winner must answer the notification call to claim the prize.

Personal information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and arrange prize delivery in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
