The DEA is placing 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) and related synthetic compounds into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. This means the manufacture, sale, and possession of covered 7-OH products will be federally prohibited starting August 5th, 2026.

When does the ban take effect?

The ban takes effect August 5th, 2026 — 30 days after the DEA filed its Notices of Intent on July 1st. After that date, it will be illegal to sell or purchase these products.

Will I be able to buy this later?

No. Once the ban is in effect, 7-OH products above the specified threshold will be unavailable permanently. There is no grace period, and we cannot restock these items. This is your last opportunity to purchase.

What should I do now?
